Associate Consultant
Julia is a Consultant at Luzio Strategy, with a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas (EAESP-FGV) / UCLA Business Management School and hold the LeanSixSigma Green Belt certification. She has worked on several projects as a consultant for Luzio Consultoria, advising companies from various sectors on Strategic Planning, such as: Bradesco, EcoRodovias, NorskeSkog, Richards and Bematech. During this period, she contributed to the construction of the methodology for the book “Making Strategy Happen”, written by Fernando Luzio.
She has also led strategy execution at companies such as EcoRodovias, BrasilFoods and Editora FTD, and her last position was Director of LATAM Event Operations at CarlsonWagonlitTravel. She began her career at CWT as Project and Implementation Manager for new clients in Brazil, evolving in this role until she was responsible for the Americas Implementation team (Latin America, United States and Canada). Later, as Director of Latam Events Operations, she led the preparation and execution of the strategic planning for the Events area. During this period, she restructured the operations team and implemented a support team to review processes to meet the area's new strategic positioning. At the end of two years, her achievements together with the team included generating operating cost savings of over 400 thousand dollars and reducing invoicing time from 220 to 72 days (which earned her the award for best SixSigma project of 2017).
