Margarida Coelho has 25 years of experience in various organizations, in the area of Human Resources and Strategic Management, working on the construction and implementation of business strategies through people management.

She has worked on the conception, coordination and execution of Organizational Development projects, involving Assessment, Coaching, Training Programs, Performance Assessment, Career Development, Organizational Climate, Remuneration and Change Management. A protagonist in Strategic Planning workshops for various companies, Margarida has worked on Strategic Committees to mobilize the implementation of high-impact organizational initiatives.​

With a solid career in national and multinational companies, such as Becton Dickinson, Bematech, Nestlé and Flora, Margarida has worked as a Human Resources executive in a strategic and generalist way, adding experience in all HR subsystems. This experience has given her a broad ability to understand and influence the organizational and business dynamics of companies.

 

Margarida chose to direct her career towards working as a Consultant, with the aim of disseminating knowledge and adding value by using her experience to support organizations and people who want to deliver more through changing their attitude, strengthening their skills and strategic vision.

As a consultant, she has advised companies from various sectors on implementing or improving HR practices, such as Lugano, Tevere, TM3, Play Studio, R2C, HSR, Pumatronix, Egis, Progmedia and Cultura Inglesa.

 

She has a degree in Psychology from USP-SP, a Management Development Program from Fundação Dom Cabral and has completed additional training, including: EveryDay Coaching, Coaching for HR, Leadership Program in Brazil, PI Certification, Coach Action Learnig Wial Certification, Human Guide Certification, Immersion in Facilitation. She is constantly improving and is dedicated to experiences that bring new challenges and knowledge.
