Fernando Luzio is a Consultant, Strategic Mentor, Writer and Speaker. Founder, Chairman and CEO Brazil of Luzio Strategy. He has a degree in Business Administration from the Getulio Vargas Foundation (EAESP-FGV), with specializations in Strategy from the London Business School and Harvard Business School. He was Professor of Business Strategy on the MBA course at the University of São Paulo (FIA-USP) from 1999 to 2016.

Pedro Ferro has 30 years' experience in the automotive sector, managing the improvement and transformation of manufacturing, aftermarket and distribution businesses. His focus and expertise includes improving profitability and growth, 80/20 implementation, business analysis and complexity reduction. Before becoming an independent consultant in 2016, Pedro was CEO of Fras-Le (a world leader in friction materials) and COO of Randon Auto Parts.
